Agreement: By dropping off or submitting a vehicle for any service, diagnosis, or repair, the Customer fully accepts and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Scope of Authorization: The Customer authorizes Auto Needs Garage to perform the specific services and supply the parts outlined in the initial estimate or repair order.
Test Drive Authorization: The Customer permits Auto Needs Garage personnel to operate the vehicle for necessary road testing, inspection, and quality control purposes within reasonable limits.
2. Estimates, Pricing, and Payments
Estimate Validity: All service estimates are valid for a period of [Specify e.g., 7 business days].
Changes to Scope: If additional work is required after the service has begun (e.g., due to complex diagnostics), the Customer will be immediately contacted for prior verbal or written approval before any extra cost is incurred.
Payment Terms: Full and final payment for all services rendered and parts supplied is due immediately upon completion of the work and prior to the release of the vehicle.

3. Warranty and Liability

Parts Warranty: All new parts installed are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Details are available upon request. Warranty claims must be directed to Auto Needs Garage.
Liability: Auto Needs Garage is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents caused by events beyond its control, including theft, force majeure, or pre-existing vehicle conditions. Customers should remove all valuables.
Maximum Liability: Liability for proven defects in parts or workmanship is strictly limited to the cost of re-performing the specific service or replacing the defective part.
4. Vehicle Collection and Storage
Collection Notice: The Customer will be notified immediately upon completion of the authorized work.
Storage Fees: Vehicles left at the premises for more than [Specify e.g., 48 hours or 3 days] after the notification of job completion will incur a daily storage fee of [Specify Fee Amount, e.g., AED 50] per day.
Unclaimed Vehicles: If a vehicle remains unclaimed and payments are outstanding after [Specify e.g., 30 days], Auto Needs Garage reserves the right to exercise a lien over the vehicle as permitted by UAE law to recover all outstanding charges, including repair and storage costs.
5. Diagnostics and Specialized Work
Diagnostic Fees: A standard, non-refundable diagnostic fee will apply for complex fault-finding. This fee will be waived or credited toward the final repair bill if the Customer authorizes Auto Needs Garage to perform the required repair work.
Electrical/System Risk: The Customer acknowledges that troubleshooting complex electrical and electronic systems may carry a minimal risk of component failure during the diagnostic process.
