1. General Rules
- Our Agreement: When you drop off your vehicle for a check-up or repair, you’re agreeing to these terms.
- What We Do: We will only do the work and use the parts listed in your estimate.
- Test Drives: You give our team permission to drive your car on the road for testing and to make sure the job was done right.
2. Costs and Paying
- Quotes: Our price estimates stay valid for 7 business days.
- Extra Work: If we find another problem while working, we won’t fix it without calling you first. We only move forward once you give us the OK (verbal or written) on the new price.
- When to Pay: Please pay in full once the job is done. We need payment before the vehicle is handed back to you.
- How to Pay: We take Cash, Visa/Mastercard, and Bank Transfers.
3. Warranty and Responsibility
- Our Guarantee: We back our labor for 90 days or 5,000 km (whichever comes first). This only covers the specific work we did, not new or unrelated problems.
- Parts: New parts are covered by the maker’s warranty. If there’s an issue, come to us and we’ll help handle the claim.
- Safety of Belongings: We aren’t responsible for theft or damage caused by things outside our control. Please take your valuables out of the car before leaving it with us.
- Limits: If there is a mistake in our work, our responsibility is limited to fixing that specific job or replacing the part.
4. Picking Up Your Car
- Ready for Pickup: We will let you know the moment your car is ready.
- Storage Costs: Please pick up your car within 48 hours. After that, we charge a storage fee of AED 50 per day.
- Unclaimed Cars: If a car is left for 30 days without payment, we have the right to keep or sell it to cover our costs, as allowed by UAE law.
5. Diagnostics
- Checking Fees: We charge a small fee for complex troubleshooting. If you decide to do the repair with us, we will take that fee off your final bill.
- Electrical Risks: When testing complex electronics, there is always a tiny risk a part might fail. By letting us test the car, you accept this risk.
